What team do you think will be the best dual team this year? :?

    Unfortunately in Ky the Dual champion and the state champion does not differ that much.

11 of the 17 state duals had the same winner as the state tourney.

Only twice has the state tourney winner not in the State duals finals.

1992 Hopkinsville (I'm not sure they attended the state duals that year)

1999 Woodford Co. (Larue defeated Wayne Co. in state duals.)

6 times the top two results were identical in the state tourney and the State duals.

8 times the top two finalist were the same but not identical results.

Even though I think the state tournament is still up in the air (Larue, Woodford, and Fern Creek all have a good shot), I think Larue wins the state dual championship rather easily.  They only have a couple weights that are not top notch kids (and I'm sure they will be solid wrestlers) and those happen to be at weights that are questionable for Woodford as well.  I'm anxious to see a Woodford - Fern Creek dual.  That should be an exciting one.

I don't think I see any northern ky team even close to Larue, Woodford, Fern Creek, or Trinity.

how can u guys put trinity in the top four, they aren't that good this year, they won't even win their region

I think Fern Creek matches up pretty good with any body.  not to mention when Coach Hall starts moving people around.  we are looking pretty good.

with fern creek hitting on all cylinders there are a very dangerous team with the likes of chaney,wolsifer,jackson, and wood could be sittin on top come febuary then again could have a third place finish if they dont show up to wrestle
