Why is an Indiana team in the KOB? Shouldn't it be just Kentucky wrestling teams?

For this being the biggest tournament in Kentucky(other than state) their is not much talk.
I'm not sure that this tourney is any bigger than the WCI or Dragon Inv.
Does anyone have a list of the ranked wrestlers in this tournament? Are there any other Indiana teams compeating besides Evansville Reitz? New Albany was there last year. Evansville Reitz has already had a good start to there season beating some well respected teams.
