To the Kentucky Wrestling Community:

As our community service project for the 2013-2014 Wrestling Season, we have decided to donate the gate receipt from this event to a local organization which many of you may be familiar with.  Cedar Lake Lodge, a local organization here in Oldham County, is home to several mentally disabled members of our community.  All gate proceeds from this event will be donated in an effort to assist with the good work these folks are doing at Cedar Lake and to increase their recreation budget for the new year.  I am not sure who all is wrestling on this night, but it your team is idle and you want to support a good cause while taking in some good wrestling, please mark your calendars for Wednseday night, January 22.  Wrestling will start in the main gym at OCHS at 6:00pm.  The price of admission will be $6 for students/adults and $3 for children k-5.

Coaches, I originally planned on this being a single dual with Spencer County but would like to raise it to a tri.  As such, I need one more team!  If interested, please contact me privately at [email protected].  The more fans you can bring, the better!

Please help spread the word for this event and help us raise as much money as we can for some people who will truly appreciate it.

Coach Riordan, I just want to publicly say that this is a truly admirable and selfless act on your part. Cedar Lake Lodge is a great organization to donate to. My family and I have donated to their needs countless times throughout the years. Kudos to you and your program for helping those in need. I hope that your generosity is rewarded ten fold sir.
