We ordered our new singlets from this company and although it did save us money and the singlets look ok. The color is slightly off but useable. The real story is the fight it took to finally get them. I ordered them way back in early Oct when I sent them designs and fixed the color issue then. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks which was 3 weeks before my first match so all good. Then I didnt recieve them when I sent in message after message about when we would recieve them the owner Ryan called me and said UPS had lost my order and it would take another 4 weeks to make new ones but they had started earlier that week already being done. I was finally told that they would have them on Dec 19th and ship to me on the 20th still never recieved them.  So I waited and waited after Christmas when they repeatedly wouldnt answer my emails or calls I turned it over to our AD and he threatend them with our lawyers. Finally they sent me a message and tracking # that stated we would have them Jan 2nd and they arrived that afternoon but to my surprise they werent even ours they were from Rock Hill High South Carolina. I called the company and then the Rock Hill Coach called me said he had the same problem I did except Fed EX lost his and he had mine so they asked us to send the singlets to each other and they would pay us back. So in order to get mine I sent these out and finally got my singlets Monday Jan 13th and havent heard a word from them about the pay back yet and I sent them a letter telling them how disappointed I was in there service and there only statements was they are sorry and would make it up next time. AGAIN I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The holiday week fiasco aside, I bet UPS didn't lose your singlets...as well as FedEx not losing the Rock Hill's order.
