SUMMER CAMP JUNE 8-12, 2014
“Join us this summer from June 8-12 for a total wrestling experience! This camp will be hosted at my new custom wrestling facility. I’ve been going to summer camps all over the country since I was 9 years old and I’m excited to show the wrestling community how I roll. Cardio and innovative workouts in the morning, first class technique in the afternoon from myself and D1 Duke wrestler Andrew DeHart, intense live sessions in the evening, home cooked catered meals, and team activity at Wake Nation Wakeboarding Park are just some of what I have planned for the week!”
This camp is a 4 night / 5 day total wrestling experience. The week will consist of a unique blend of conditioning, technique, drilling, and intense live wrestling. I have designed this camp to teach wrestlers how to train like a champion. Wrestlers will leave this camp with the necessary tools and knowledge it takes to excel in this sport.
WHEN: JUNE 8-12 Sunday (check in 6-7pm) —Thursday (check out 5-6pm)
WHERE: Spatola Wrestling Facility (90 Alexandria Pike. Fort Thomas, KY 41075)
All campers will sleep at the facility
GUEST CLINICIAN: Andrew DeHart. 4X Ohio State Placer, Varsity at Duke University
(Andrew will be present for the entire camp)

7:30am Wake up
8:00am Breakfast
9-11am Practice (conditioning, technique, drilling)
12:00pm Lunch
1:30-3:30pm Practice (skills & drills, technique, drilling)
5:30pm Dinner
7-8:30pm Practice (warm up, live wrestling)
9:30pm Movie
11:30pm Lights out

Nick Spatola has been involved with the sport of wrestling for 23 years. In those years he has traveled the country competing, attending camps, and teaching wrestling. Spatola Wrestling is now entering its 13th season. Camps include technique from world class wrestlers along with his technique and philosophy. Nick is dedicated and devoted to the sport as well as committed to making champions on and off the mat.
This year’s camp will host an elite staff and tough out of state competition. All ages are welcome. Campers should expect to push themselves physically and mentally.
