Woodford Co. wrestling room is hosting open mat on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 - 7:30.

Usually able to provide quality drilling and conditioning and enough live wrestling.

USA wrestling card required.

Come out and join us. 

Hurst, Roberts, Andrioni, Fallon, Carr and a handful of others.

You will get all you can handle.

That is a great collection of lower weights.  Hope some of the Lexington/Frankfort/central KY schools get a chance to roll around in the Wofo Room this offseason.  Make each other better.
