The Kentucky Muscle Bodybuilding Powerlifting and Strongman extravaganza is going to be held NoV 8 in Louisville .a great time to see or compete in these sports .There will be Teen and Jr Divisions for High School age powerlifters if anyone is interested .BENCH AND Deadlift either or Both.

Is anyone going to the Strongman extravaganza in November?
Some guys from cincy competing strongman ATM competing in the jrs and shooting to break some records in both classes.
