Sunday School of Wrestling is designed to help wrestlers succeed to the next level. My job for 2 hours every Sunday is to get your wrestler to his full potential. I will push you to greatness, if you let me. Every Sunday we have multiple kids that are ranked in the state. We have good work out partners both college and high school. If you want to become the best in the state, just dedicate time every Sunday and I promise you that you will get to your state championship. I have worked with multiple kids that won state and placed in the state of Kentucky. The technique that I teach is new every Sunday, my technique will get you to the next level. If you come every Sunday and we feel that you are worth recruiting we will do this also. Coming to Sunday School of Wrestling is a big opportunity to wrestle college guys and get use to the Lindsey Wilson wrestling room. We also want to put you on our wrestling roster.
