Looking for any input

Lafayette is the team to beat. In my opinion. I can see at least 6 or 7 in the finals.

Boyle County has a 3 returning State Qualifiers and some experienced MS Wrestlers moving up.  They should have a full squad with some depth this year and believe this will be a competitive team.

Anxious to see them compete as a team and excited to see the program continue to grow. Coach Burke has them headed in the right direction!!

Any predictions for state qualifiers for each weight?

A kid to keep an eye out on for Henry Clay this year is Jordan Kerr, wrestled at Tates Creek two years ago, now at Henry Clay. 

Henry Clay has some young guns that surprise some people. Lafayette is very strong as well.

I noticed that on Henry Clay's track roster they have Maurice Gibson listed. Is he wrestling? If so he is a runner up contender at heavyweight and maybe a state placer. He's got all the tools for a heavyweight.

It's really hard to predict where individuals will fall at this point in the season, but based upon returners and listed rosters on Trackwrestling here are my team predictions for the region. 

1. Lafayette

2A/2B. Henry Clay and Wayne Co.

4. Madison Central- I'm really high on them this year could be wrong,but I know what Coach Watts helped build at Dunbar. Madison Central is headed up.

5. Boyle Co.

6A./6B/6C.-Madison Southern/Bryan Station/Danville

9. Tates Creek

10. Lexington Catholic-know about Bender, not sure what lies behind.

11. Whitley Co.-could surprise

12. PLD-small roster 

No idea what McCreary Central or Lexington Christian will look like.

I would add TC as 6d, McCreary a notch below Whitley and Lex Christian last.
