A big turnaround from last week and some possible ranking movement performances .

Almost, still missing Sparh at 138 He lost to Vasques by 1 point at the Raider Rumble, Looking forward to the rematch.
CC looking good and Their 220 moves up to num 2 on Flo and Intermat rankings and is num 1 freestyle greco usa olympian rankings .Mathews gets a 1 point win avenging a 1 point loss in ot against a future State champ Cornett that should move him up in the rankings ,and an unranked lillie has the makings of a high state placer .State looks to be a minefield Bonus points could be the big factor ,pin to win no doubt ,
Ky looked very good at the Hammer CC obviously begins to peak every yr around this time ,Hopefully Sparh is back this weekend and full go by st duals X barely beat CC in WV and their lineup has changed a bit trinity barely beat X It all looks close in the top 5 but CC crumbled at State duals last yr and did well at state ,A decent performance at State duals could tell if CC is still in the running for a state title ,You have to want it though and that means do work .All those missed practices can bite you and your team and school in the butt come state time
