Will all regions be using Track?  And will regional brackets be posted if so where and when?

Yes, all regions are ran on track. You can find them if you search kentucky region. When they are released will depend on when the seed meeting is and when the person running track sets them up to be released. I'll be running region 7, our meeting is Sunday and they will be released monday.
