Hi Team Ironman is now in its 7th year in Louisville KY

It's Located at 10900 Plantside Dr Suite C (Griffins Submission Academy)

Over the years many different kids from different schools have came through to sample or stay in the program

Though this program isn't 100% responsible for the success of many of the kids who have came to train,learn and produce Team Ironman has trained from Elementary to High School different state champions,state placers and several other kids who have been successful in many different stages not only on the mats BUT OFF THE MATS AS WELL

Everyone is welcome to attend, this is a hot and hard athmosphere , though the challenge is one many cannot tame it is the reward at the end that everyone sees that will help the success for these young athletes

I wrestled at 2 different High Schools in KY, and Campbellsville Univ and St Louis Meramec where many NCAA Div 1 ,NAIA, and World Champion wrestlers once wrestled at as well, also have been a assistant coach for 4 different teams, all ages

I am currently training different gyms in the sport of grappling and mma as well, being a Brown Belt in Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well.

Team Ironman is in flow all week and weekend and runs yearly,
