River city will have an open mat on these days before spring club begins. Wednesday March 25, April 1 & 8. We will start at 5:45-7:15. USA card needed.

Reminder open mats at St. X tomorrow at 5:45-7:15. 

Its great to see all of the training opportunities out there, as far as new/old clubs, open mats, and camps. This is what we need to grow as a state, wrestlers need to take advantage of these opportunities.  There is no secret to success, its called hard work.
