From what i have heard Shane Parks will not be making it down to 112 and will be at 119. It may not be true, has anyone else heard this?

who is that guy from ryle at 119 and whos the guy from campbell at 119 i've never heard of them before are they any good

ok got some things on central hardin wrestling kyle terry will be going 112 and mason bradbury quit so he will not be here anymore

looks good thanks hopfully moore will have some more ranked varsity by the end of the season.  :x

wow! kevin stewart is going 135? he was a big 140 last year if i remember correctly.

Due to the new kentucky rule some wrestlers from sk will not be wrestling there desired weight class for a little bit.. more than likely this is the same for other schools..

cameron barrientos is going 125. from fort knox

i was wondering what jordan freeman's accomplishments are to merit the #2 spot at 130. can anyone tell me what kind of wrestler he is, and the things he has done. i have heard of him, and no doubt he is good, just im not sure if ive ever seen him wrestle as we dont wrestle johnson central at all. and paul marks is back at 130 again? this should make the region 5 race for 130 very interesting...

My thoughts exactly.  I was very surprised to hear that he plans to drop to 135.  But I believe my sources.

Kevin wrestled 135 tonight and did really well in the Fern Creek, PRP, Central and Manual duals.

Also to squash all the rumors, I personally don't think Choate would be able to get close to beating John Wolsiefer, he was decent, but he wasn't this unbelievably impressive wrestler some people were tyring to make him out to be.

I don't have a lot, but I do know that at the state tournament he pinned Rashad Brown and Derek Branch, 2 pretty good wrestlers.  Then his 2 losses were to Kendall and Fuller, the #6 and #8 place guys.  Let me turn the question around.  What do you think the other guys have done to merit being ranked above him?

I don't know what his name was but Central had a kid at 152 (I think) that beat Ben Barger by 2.  Very tough match.  but I don't see him on the rankings...

Where is Shane Parks this year? He is not on the Woodford assessment page, so that means he has not been assessed. Neither has Coty Lewis. I saw Shane this summer and it looked like he was around 135. I think that Coty Lewis will go 119 and Shane will jump to 125, but just my opinion.

i like your rankings but for the next one put Dusty Brown at 125 although he cant go there until Jan 9 and also you can't really put true rankings up until everyone is at there actual weight classes because the new weight program blows

who is that guy from ryle at 119 and whos the guy from campbell at 119 i've never heard of them before are they any good

Schinder is a lot better than we expected as he has shown us last night against ryle but will know for sure after the tournament this Saturday when he finally gets some really strong competition.

yea and ross-carpenter frasier wrestled 112 and beat jon voth a couple of nights ago

there weren't any real big matchups with seneca vs. south oldham but seneca won

I don't know what his name was but Central had a kid at 152 (I think) that beat Ben Barger by 2.  Very tough match.  but I don't see him on the rankings...

John Thomas from Central is ranked at 152.  Was it him?  I thought Barger was at 145?

oh i dont know much about the other wrestlers at 130 and their accomplishments, i just didnt have any background info on freeman

Often it is tough to get much on guys in eastern and western ky.  Caldwell and Union come this way a few times during the year, but we don't see the others much.  It is a long bus ride for those folks.  I can remember driving to Sheldon Clark for a tri with them and Johnson Central.  After so many hours on the bus how could we be ready to compete.

John Thomas from Central is ranked at 152.  Was it him?  I thought Barger was at 145?

ok I see him ranked at 160.  Barger and others wrestled up to fill holes for people injured or sick.  He will be going 145 normally.  I was impressed by John Thomas.  and not just on the mat.  first class kid.

I didn't realize he had beaten Barger.  Pretty impressive because I would put Barger near the top at 152 as well.  He is either stepping it up or Ben had an off night.

I don't think Ben was feeling well and he did get bent kind of funny during the match.  But he was impressive none the less.

also I think Josh Burkett is going 119 now that Caleb is out.  You have him at 125

adam carr looked impressive at the tates creek duals won all matches and beat cornett in a close match i believe it was 5-3 or something along those lines

Adam Carr beat Cornett 7-2.

That Carpenter kid will be tuff at 112.  112 looks a lot harder of a weight class than 119.

Parks is at 119 and Lewis will be at 125.

Conner today at Tates Creek Duels, beat Paul Dunbar and Henry Clay. I think Conner deserves to be in the top 15-20, they are shaping up to be a pretty good team. They are extremely young, but they have potential.

I hear you, but remember, my rankings are basicly state tournament predictions.  And while I heard that Conner was tough today, I think there is still something to prove in a tournament format.  Any standout individual performances for Conner today?

At the tate creeks duals today john king from NH i believe was wreslting 125 he isn't 119 anymore

There are a number of wrestlers who can't get down to their final weight for a few more days or even weeks due to the body fat test.  I think he will be at 119(121) in the end.

I got one question about these rankings where is north oldham at they should be up there and you have south oldham down way too far i no they lost a bunch of people last year but there still gonna be good

Hey SKwrestling, that's 2 questions, or 1 question and 1 statement.  North is just off the list.  And until I see the new South guys perform I can't move them up.  The team can't move up until there are individuals who make/move up the rankings.

I hear you, but remember, my rankings are basicly state tournament predictions.  And while I heard that Conner was tough today, I think there is still something to prove in a tournament format.  Any standout individual performances for Conner today?

The best record I believe was 4-1 and that was Ryan Dillon, other than that it was really a team effort. Conner is lacking experience, but are gradually getting better.

A kid that looked impressive at the Tates Creek Duels was from Union Co. Jarvis Elam. He went 5-0 on the day with 3 pins. He beat Tates Creek, Dunbar, Harrison Co., Henry Clay, and a weak Montgomery Co. kid. Last year he beat Pat Wimbleduff of Caldwell in a duel meet and won the Caldwell Co. tournament beating a guy from Fern Creek in the Finals as a back-up 103 behind both the Carr brothers.

what did he wrestle at the duals

the henderson 152 has moved to kenwood in clarksville tenn. he is no longer wrestling in ky.

Jarvis wrestled 103 for Union. Adam Carr wrestled 112 and Aaron Carr wrestled 119. They had 7 wrestlers go undefeated on the day, Jarvis-103 Adam-112 Isaac Ervin-130 Luke Ervin-135 Carson Chambliss-140 Mitch Ervin-152 and Dionte Wright-189.

Conner today at Tates Creek Duels, beat Paul Dunbar and Henry Clay. I think Conner deserves to be in the top 15-20, they are shaping up to be a pretty good team. They are extremely young, but they have potential.

gotta love it when your son gets on the computer after you and posts messages under your id!!!  LOGOUT JUNIOR!!

i really dont think bullit central is in the top 30 returning region champs or not.

i really dont think bullit central is in the top 30 returning region champs or not.

I think with Badgett, the Walls boys, Salter, and Pearson they will score some points at state.

who did aaron carr lose too? why is he wrestling up

Yes he did lose to Matt Zarth from Henry Clay in a contraversal match. He is bigger than Adam. Jarvis Elam and Aaron are neck and neck when wrestling. IT works out best for the line-up with Aaron at 119.

Is Mitch Ervin going 152 or is he just bumping up till his decent plan works out?

He will probably be at 147 later on in the year.

It happens Dad!

i dont know if i should be ranked 16th at 160....

i dont know if i should be ranked 16th at 160....

Don't look now, but you will be higher than that tomorrow...  PM me and give me your thoughts.

wouldn't it be better for aaron to wrestle 119 and adam at 112, or is adam bigger than aaron?

It looks like Aaron is bigger than Adam. Adam at 112 and Aaron at 119 is where they will most likely be come time of regionals.

i have no idea how i got on the rankings cuz i dont think im that good but im happy that i am

if you were referring to the duals thursday knight, salter, pearson, the walls boys or badgett did not wrestle, nor did any of the varsity but 3.  we are a hard working team and i believe we do belong in the top 30, the the mentioned wrestlers are why we are in the top 30 and they are staying true.

man just stop dude fort Knox could care less about bullitt central!

he was stating his Own opinion. its an opinion if you don't like it you don't have to read or come back with you own.

excuse me, that was my own opinion too, no one is being offensive or taking offense. they are rankings, they are meant to be debated anyways. but no one is starting anything, dont worry.

yea okay mane! it really doesnt matter to me!

just dont say fort knox has something against bc personally i like bc and coach durham!
