Agreed, very well ran tournament. Mother Nature and the unseasonably warm weather made it a little warm in the gym...but I probably would watch it from inside a Sauna if I had too..Great call on letting the new ref only work the first two rounds. He will improve after getting some experience.

On a side note, I was really impressed with Jake Insko 120 Champion, (Apollo)...young man has excellent technique and mat awareness. Also, the 106 Champion, Preston Mattingly (Apollo) definitely made a case for himself to be in the rankings for Region 2. He too looked very good.
