Does anyone else here have a bad habit that causes them to struggle with weight or actual performance on the mat. Things like eating too much, smokin', drinkin', etc.

eat too much inbetween the wednesday duals and saturday tournaments..
Yea. I have a real problem and the only day I can really, really indulge myself is Friday which is the day before Tournaments. I almost didn't make weight at BC Saturday for 52. I was supposed to be 45 and weighed in at 51.8...
one bad habit that i have always had is that i eat normal every day nad then saturday night eat like five pounds of food i call it my fat day but it kinda messes up your metabolism a bit which kinda screws me for the wednesday duals
i also eat about two pounds of food after every match so if i have like 6 matches i usually gain alot
i eat all day sunday i made 138.9 saturday and now im sittin at like 148 so ya i got a good two days a head of me
Yea, i wouldn't mind if Sundays were taken off the calendar because they do me more harm than good.
I never really had a problem with weight until this year but its definitially the Saturday night when we stop on our way home from the meet that kills me
