502 Wrestling Club starts tonight Monday March 7th,
Practice is held at J-Town HS located @ 9600 Old Six Mile Ln Louisville KY, 40299
Every Monday & Wednesday 6-7:30
We had a great open mat last week with multiple state placers in the room.

Great practice, over 20 wrestlers youth to high school Doss, Desales, Iroquois, PRP, X, Bardstown, Bullitt East, & Manual in attendance tonight.
Next practice Wednesday March 9th 6-8pm
Also starting this Thursday March 10th 6-8pm, Practices geared toward wrestlers training for FLO and national level events. Location will be announced shortly!

We had over 35 kids out tonight ages 2nd grade through 12th. Multiple schools represented tonight, among many state placers. All are welcome and are strongly encouraging other clubs to contact us for a team dual practice. Contact us at [email protected]
Tuesday and Thursday @ Fern Creek 6-8pm older group grades 8-12 (502 Elite group)
Wednesday @ Jeffersontown High 6-8pm All levels (Prodigy Group)
These practice are great. And definitely well suited for learning new technique and sharpening the technique you already have. The Coaches are very well qualified, and they know how to work with everyone style. If anyones looking for a room that will educate your kids, and build great relationships within kentucky, and more prominently louisville, id suggest this club.
Great workout last night at J-Town HS, we have wrestlers from 2nd to 12th grade coming out. Everyone and team is invited to come out!

$50 for entire program, $10 for walk ins, $25/hour for individual sessions. And Your first practice is free! Do not let money or being apart of another program keep you away we created this to grow KY wrestling to a national level! We reach deep into our own pockets to send 14 KY wrestlers that we had hardly no prior relationship with to FloNationals and hands down wouldn't trade being able to provide the experience the wrestlers had for anything.
April 15th- We will be round up a group to take to Blue Collar fight night at Oldham Co. Leaving out of Louisville so contact us if you need help or can help getting there!
PS- Our big guys let Joe Cattan the mat slapping man down last night at Fern Creek so if you want a shot at the man himself he will be at J-Town tonight hehe
