Elementary up to High School
This is a premiere training program for smaller sizes of wrestlers but everyone is welcome,ALL AGES,ALL SIZES AND EXPERIENCE
Team Ironman is located in Louisville @ 10900 Plantside Dr Suite C and has training days ready for you all week.
The focus of this will be heavily on intense and explosive training a program for wrestlers and even other athletes looking for the addition to there game.
