We know how hard it is to find quality upper weights that want to train at a high level. We have solved your problem. Come join a great upper weight staff that will show upper weight specific techniques and strategies. Taking this opportunity to train with other wrestlers your own weight may be the best training opportunity you have all summer!

Sessions: 1:30-3:30p & 5:00-7:00p
