Any news about Bellarmine,recruit or otherwise any new KY kids headed there ?A new team would probably be super busy on the recruiting circuit and being close to Louisville and the up rise in talent there the last few years there should be some good local guys looking to wrestle there.
Bellarmine is a far cry from St Catherine as a university. I'm not sure how many wrestlers have come with the team, but it's a different caliber of student. Just stating facts and no disrespect to St C alums.
Corey Knoth from Meade County high school wrestling team signed his National Letter of intent with Bellarmine University and has committed to wrestle in college for Bellarmine University wrestling team next year. Tough academic standards for admission and a much more expensive university than many other schools as well. Thank God he's a smart kid and was able to secure a good academic scholarship as well as a athletic scholarship.
