what do u find is the best diet like exercise to food ratio to keep your weight down

yogurt, granola bars, small amount of fruit and water-Sundays Mondays high protein meals-carbs at breakfast on Sunday & monday

i find that fruit and vegtibles with lean meat  and water is helping me alot this yr and spreding meals out nad cutting down on eahc meal is really working
