Does anyone have info on Summitview have the pod tournament this year? I've heard mixed information that it was/was not happening. Tried to get ahold of Plantman and we've had no luck. Any info would be appreciated.

SUMMIT VIEW ACADEMY PRESEASON WRESTLING POD CHALLENGE
Date: November 12, 2016
Where: Summit View Academy, 5002 Madison Pike, Independence KY 41051
Fee: $ 125.00 per team. Make Checks Payable to Summit View Athletics
Times: 7:00 am Gates open. 8:30 am – Coaches meeting 9:00 am – Wrestling begins
Admissions: Adults: $5 Children/Students(5-18): $3 Cooler Fee: $10
Weights: 70, 75, 80, 86, 92, 98, 105, 113, 121, 130, 140, 152, 168, 190, 240(MAX)
Format: Wrestlers will be put into scrimmage pods based on weight class. Round robin inside each pod.
Entry Sheet: Wrestlers must be on entry sheet in order to wrestle. Entry sheet is due by 12 pm on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.

Good competition in advanced brackets at summit view. Agree it was difficult to keep up with results. Don't have all results but here are some significant I saw.

Top of 168 is very competitive.
8th grade Devin Johnson Montgomery Co. 190lb win over Michael Leicht Campbell Co. pin 2nd round. I still believe the Campbell Co. kids should still be ranked higher at this time. Devin is coming back from two year away from wrestling.
