Saw this news, not sure of the details. However, Kolat is building something at Campbell. Looking forward to what he does there.
Any word on Nathan? Hasn't wrestled since end of January. Not listed as starter for Campbell. Is he dinged up?
I have zero inside knowledge, but I assume he is out due to the transfer. He has wrestled and done well since transferring. Should be in the mix next season at 133 or 141.

Makes sense. I looked up his record this year, all open events while at Campbell. He will learn a lot under Kolat.
Looking good in the early going. Only two losses were to Terao. Terao is a funky dude to wrestle and should find the podium at NCAAs. Upcoming schedule is not too terribly challenging which should lead to a nice string of Ws heading into conference tourney. Then hopefully a bid to the show.
Glad to see Nathan finding success. I feel like this room and this Coach is definitely the right fit for him. As always, I wish him nothing but the best. Hope to see him in Cleveland.

Have you checked their roster? ZERO seniors in the starting lineup, and only four seniors on the entire roster. I believe Kolat is doing it right, building from the ground up. Although, it would be nice to see him land a nice transfer.
Nathan just gave his team the lead and put them in position to win the dual against Penn with one match to go! Great job Nathan!
Just looked at SoCon rankings. He is at the top in his weight class, and a good showing in conference tourney should have him in the big dance.
He took a loss to App State. I don’t think the SoCon will get more than one bid to the NCAAs. He will have to win the tournament to make it to Cleveland.
Boston went 1-1 this weekend in duals. Not much time left in the season. Losses to unranked wrestlers are adding up. Gotta win the So-Con for sure.

haven't seen SoCon rankings but he's recently lost to 2 guys in the conf.
According to WrestleStat he is #1 in SoCon. Not the best at rankings, but I will take it.
Another SoCon loss this past weekend. https://gocamels.com/news/2018/2/17/chattanooga-tops-wrestling-in-home-finale-27-6.aspx?path=wrestling
He very well may win SoCon but he's gonna have to avenge a couple losses most likely to do so.

Yup. They got one bid.
He’s got a great shot at making it to Cleveland. God knows he has the best coach in the conference.
Here's the SoCon bracket. Nathan has losses this season to Muldoon, Debien and Russell. Only the champ will make NCAAs. It's go time.
Must have been a solid performance in losing to the champ in OT. Anyone know why no winner is shown in the bracket for his conso semis match? It's the only one like this that I saw.
