This is the link for this form and below is what the form is.  IMO this form is a joke.  We talk about growing the sport and now if a coach doesn't fill out this silly form your telling us they can't wrestle.  Guess I don't understand.  

Why can't a kid wrestle unattached as long as they have a valid USA Card?

Maybe this form needs to be on trackwrestling and a coach can't register their team until they click off on this form.

I have sent emails to the KSWA with no response, I do not understand why we can not get a response from who ever is handling the process for the KSWA.

where is Bondurant? Do they go by another name?

Wolverines wc is bondurant. 

So is KSWA Staff saying that these teams are out and not allowed to wrestle in the District/Region/State tournament? The last sentence on the form says "Forms will not be accepted after January 1st, 2017 and that team will not be eligible to compete in any KSWA sanctioned events.".

KSWA Staff posted this on January 1st so I'm just trying to figure out all of the rules.
