Looks like a lot of the good matchups are Woodford vs the world. Top 5 kids in just about every weight class. A few weights look like they are anyones to win.
Woodford A and B will be at Bryan Station. Their A team was supposed to go to West Virginia but they had to cancel because of the weather.
Woodford Co. School Board wouldn't let us travel to West Virginia because of weather. We were going to the Army-National Guard Duals. Luckily Pat was nice enough to let our wrestlers in. We had that as a backup plan just in case.
The team race should clearly come down to only two teams, and that is Larue County and Woodford County. Although Woodford is strong in the lower weights, they aren't as strong in the higher weights. Now Larue County isn't as strong in low weights but are very strong middle weights up so these two teams are complete opposite of each other. It should be quite interesting to see how it plays out because at WCI I saw it was back and forth between these two teams.
I know Whitley is out, but there are a few other eastern KY teams (Ashland, Pikeville, Sheldon Clark) on the schedule. Anyone know the status of these teams for tomorrow?
