Ive worked with this new guy from Indiana and i think he has the talent to go all the way this year. He Gave a strong performence at border wars last summer. If he makes the weight he is shooting for he will be one to watch.

What weight does doyle plan on wrestling?

I think he said he is going 171.

doyle is going for 171, he is close to weight, about 178 right now.

If i'm not mistaking, didnt doyle get fourth at the border wars qualifing?? if i'm not mistaking didnt he get pinned around a minute or two to stone?? I watched stone wrestle all year and he never pinned its was always on points so thats saying something if he put a hurtin on him like that... Hes got great size for a 171 but not enough strength or technique at the time i saw him wrestle to even be in the top 10 in the state.

Little side note, its obvious there is like 5 or 6 harrison county guys on this site and you guys are putting a big target right on your back with all the smack your talking... Harrison this Harrison that, we know you guys are going to be good this year, but making claims about you guys beating Woodford??? THere the most dominating program in the state, excluding st. x in swimming... There going to win it all, so take it from someone whos team was in the same boat your guys were last year and just quit talking about Harrison county...

Yea I think I saw the doyle guy wrestle at Border wars he looked good, but was out of shape, and got overpowered by Stone.

stanley stone had a great match with davis from wayne county i believe davis should have beaten stanley, stanley only had good hips to use against davis, davis shot and took stanley down many times and stanley seem to hip over to win the match great match though davis the whole match was messing around with this indiana kid the whole time he could of stuck him in the first period watching that indiana kid wrestle davis didnt show me anything of how this kid is going to do at state or the season. stanley great job making it too state finals , davis great job all the way around this year should of been in the state finals and you and rohan was the greatest match up in the state tournament the greatest match i think congrads to wayne county last season i know you guys will be great this season good luck danny up church and the cardinals

I talked to BIG ol' Paul Daviss at the Cambellsville clinic . HE sais he was an Ohio D2 State Champion .He just had a bad Showing at state. Also I believe I saw someone at the clinic take him to his back while his teammates took pictures!!!! Did anyone else see this? lol j/k Paul

I saw it. Although I think he just got caught, and on top of all that he had a bad knee! He's having surgery thats no way to treat the 9th place finisher at the Kentucky State Tournement at 160!

paul was not a D 2 state champion he goes to school for this school that is D 2 he wrestles free styles and won a few state tittles though great freestyle aau wrestler and yes he is wrestling hopefully 157 this year because his knee is wack out bad and he has not been on the mat for a long while he is just started to get on it now so i believe if this rumor is true that this person put paul on his back it was nothing at all i hope you feel great about it because he is in bad shape paul will pull through iam praying for him he will not give up i gurantee it we met at border wars i showed up and ask him if he was comming here to cumberland and he said no it was a great match watching him and stanley go at it paul should of won honestly good luck paul and see you on the other side of the mat get that knee fix and get ready to wrestle.
