FYI ...

Even though Dutch and I have run free workouts year round in NKY for the last decade we have always been amazed at the lack of participation. A handful of kids have consistently shown up over the years and put in the hard work. We have posted and sent out messages and essentially begged some kids to come work with us. 

Going forward that will not be the case. KY Extreme Workouts are not an open invitation any longer. If you have not been invited by Dutch or myself don't ask. We may have some periods to join the club, but will not have kids just showing up and disappearing for months.
