When you search this all it gives you is the alternative uniform information. Will wrestlers have to make scratch weight? Do they have to wear singlets for weigh ins? Do females get .7?

I agree, it’s very misleading. It has been put out there as if NFHS 4-1-1 is the rule that requires you to weigh in wearing your competition uniform. But when you read the rule, NFHS 4-1-1only defines what a competition uniform is. To me it makes zero sense to weigh in wearing a singlet. What Benifit could there be?
girls and boys can weigh in at the same location using the same scale. what about shoes ? are they required?

No on shoes. Having them weigh in in their singlets makes it faster to do weigh ins since boys and girls can go together
