Where will JV state be held? I heard Union county but just want to confirm.

Does anyone know if there is a wt. allowance for JV state this weekend? When I pull up the weigh in sheet on track it says 2lb allowance.

I read that some teams will be dualing tonight so there will be an additional 1lb. allowance.
