Bump. Still some spots available but please send me a text to reserve your spot.

Reminder we will begin our Saturday clinic series this Saturday June 8. Please let me know if you plan to attend.

Awesome group of kids at Ky Extreme today!  I’ve been away from the younger group recently and enjoyed seeing some young studs scrapping today. Also had some hammer HS guys.

We will be back at it next Saturday.

Reminder we will continue our Saturday clinic series this Saturday June 15. Hope to see another good group of motivated kids this weekend.

Last clinic at KY Extreme for June will be this Saturday.  Kick off at 10am and finish at 3:30pm. Come out and get some mat time in this summer.

Another great Saturday at the barn. Thanks again to everyone who attended over the last 3 weekends. It was awesome to see some new local faces, but also have some kids traveling from the south and east to get better and have a few fun days on the mat.

We have been blessed in our room over the last month to have Sean Fausz and Ryan Moore teaching and influencing our kids. Parents and coaches keep your eyes and ears open. We only have a handful of D1 wrestlers in this state. If you have the chance to be around them and learn from them take the opportunity. This is taking nothing away from the tremendous D2, D3, and NAIA wrestlers and coaches we have in the state. But speaking for the two young men I have watched and listened to recently, the coaches and athletes these guys are around and are influenced by on a daily basis is incredible. If you have the chance bring these guys into your room. Reach out to guys who recently graduated like Sean Fausz and Nathan Boston and take advantage of their knowledge and experience. Our resources in KY are limited. Don’t let them go to waste.
