Did anyone ever make a map with a dot for every team in the state? I feel like I've seen it, but can't find it. 

Do you have a list of every school that has a team?

REGION 8 – Ashland Blazer, Belfry, Bourbon County, Boyd County, Harrison County, Johnson Central, Lawrence County, Letcher County Central, Martin County, Montgomery County, Paintsville, Perry County Central, Phelps, Pike County Central, Pikeville, Prestonsburg

Download the attached csv file to your computer

Open Google Earth

Select File: Import

Select the cg_samplefile.csv

select Finish

The file will load into Google Earth

Select No on applying a styles template

In the leftside Places window: Temporary Places: Check the checkbox beside cg_samplefile.csv

All of the schools should show up on the map as a dot. You can click on the dot and see the school name and address.

Where is the file/ import button? 

GOO: top left, inside of Google Earth, click File, then click Import in the drop down after clicking File. 

Or send me an email [email protected] and I can send you some instructions that’ll be easier to follow. 

Click on "File" then go down to "Import". You will then click on the csv file (cg_samplefile.csv) to import. Then you can follow Chad's steps from there.

Thanks ukpridewrestler11! I was going to send GOO some images and steps if he needed them. I also find it funny that my phone has an alter ego. I'm not sure where the name WesternSiseStep came from! Lol!

I thought I was going crazy.  I was using Crome on my laptop and the file button is not there.  I can see it using explorer 

Seems better than me going through the list and putting dots. 

Here is a static map. I think I got everything in there close to actual locations.

101 - Union County. Only 3 numbers higher than the total state placers Robert Ervin has coached. Must've initially forgot Caldwell County lol!

Not sure why it bumped Caldwell to the bottom when sorted and didn't feel like going back in and fixing it.

Its so crazy to see the big gaps. 

Definitely a lot of opportunities out there.

Need to add 112. Todd co. From mine and other region 1 coaches knowledge they will have a team this year

That's the one I was looking for. It needs to be bumped up.
