Madison County wrestling will be hosting youth Friday Night Free For All again this season for kids k-5.  We will be using 2 mats and inviting 4 or 5 clubs depending on numbers. We are going to keep the numbers around 70-80 kids so all the kids will be on the mats the entire time. 

The format will be as follows:

6:30 – 6:40 warm up together

6:40 – 6:45  partner up in groups

6:45 - 7:00  drill takedowns

7:00- 7:15  drill top

7:15-  7:30 drill bottom

7:30 -  7:45 live situations 30 sec goes

7:45 -  8:00 live 1 minute periods

8:00 end of training session

These are the dates:

Nov 8 and Nov 22

Dec 13 and Dec 27

Jan 3 and Jan 17

 No entry fee no admission fee. Free For All. Every club must have a current USA wrestling membership, a coach present who has a current USA coach’s membership, and every wrestler must have a current USA wrestling membership.   Please let me know if your club is interested and how many kids you expect to bring grades k-5. Best guess on numbers.  No middle school kids.  We will keep numbers around 70-80 kids so mat space is available.
