most technical wrestlers

who do you all think are the most technical wrestlers in each weight class

Daniel Thueman and John Wolsifer would be my top two most technical wrestlers.

i think that shane parks is a very technical wrestler.

Ben Warner.

Ben Warner.

He is somewhat technical but i feel he's not good at enough things, ive never even seen the kid get in a toss and throw and use it.

Im going to go with Brian Peace and Josh Cooper

since when in folk style wrestling was a toss and throw concidered techinal it is usealy use in desperation at the end of amatch when some one has allredy beat you very soundly wiyh tech unles you are wrestling greco-freesty i think.a lot of head locks get used but is that what we want ky wrestling to be known for lets try and teach our kids better tech to prepar them for the next level  just my opion

right on. In my opinion Brian Peace is the most technical wrestler in the state. He is slick on his feet, on the mat, and a great rider. He has a large arsenal of weapons in all positions.

Forget Wrestling, let's teach them 'grammer'.  Goodness gracious.

i will agree that peace is the most technical though ben warner is up there... i believe that throwing can be very technical and not merely a desperation move there is a lot of technique to throw properly.... and i agree 'GRAMMAR' would be much appreciated in a lot of these posts... just hit the spell check...

ccbcdeke, That's funny!! LMAO

Exhawk good choice.  Not only does that kid have the weapons he isn't ever frazzled in a match, he always seems to be comfortable with the position and he is a good respectable kid who doesn't do anything dirty.  I pose one question: Does anyone respect the dirty winner.

Define dirty.

there is nothins dirty about throwing the mve has to be hit by someone capable to do it or no points will be awarded ad there have been alot fo good wrestlers throw

travis sullivan

buddy dodd

Muncy from sheldon clark

all good heavys can throw

watson

chaney

some learn shooting and some can throw so its however they want to do it

I would have to say that Woelsifer is probably the most technical wrestler ive seen.

i wrestled peace in a freestyle tourney and i didnt see anything technical from him. Im not sure if it was because it was freestyle(which can throw people off their game for some reason). Like i watched courtney lose to peace in a freestyle match because courtney didnt know what to do on top.

But any way i would have to saw johnny is real technical. The kid knows like 23545978645 moves and can hit any one of them whenever he wants.

But i would have to say Cooper is the most technically sound. He isnt all that flashy but when he goes for a move hes gunna hit it.

johnny is also very technical. I believe a technical wrestler is a person with very sound basics. They need to have a great sprawl. They change levels and get good penetration on shots, and they must utilize their weight to maintain pressure on top. I also believe that technical wrestlers can create motion on the bottom and chain wrestle. Basics win matches at the highest levels of wrestling, not flashy low percentage moves.
