This ended up being a pretty disappointing weekend. We got beat by Dickinson State 22-18 in the quarterfinals, which meant the best we could get was 5th place (losers from semis dropped down and wrestled for 3rd). We had some bright spots (Flinchum at HVY, Cooper at 141, and a few others), but mostly our guys started off the tournament very poorly.
Anyway, here are the scores from our duals, as well as who placed where:
1st round: Cumberlands 27 def. Great Falls 12
2nd round: Cumberlands 18 lose to Dickinson State 22
consolation second round: Cumberlands 24 def. McKendree 21
consolation semis: Cumberlands 28 def. Campbellsville 10
consolation finals: Cumberladns 23 def. Great Falls 16
1st Place: Lindenwood def. Dana College 23-17
3rd Place: Embry-Riddle def. Dickinson State 24-18
5th Place: Cumberlands def. Great Falls 23-16
7th Place: Campbellsville def. Morningside 30-15
