Is there going to be a youth state? If so, where can we find information?

Ive heard March 13/14 but then I also heard April. I dont think there is any concrete answer right now.
Middle School State is March 6, but haven’t heard if there is even going to be a Youth State
Youth state is March 6/7 with middle school for birth years 2010 and older. 2011 and younger will be April 10/11. Both in Pikeville.
