Hey everyone,

ETC will have practice this Sunday. I know it is mothers day and a lot of people may have plans. With that being said, nothing will make your mom more proud than standing on top of a podium next year! There will be no walk-in fee this Sunday and ANYONE is welcome if you want to get a good hard workout in.
