Coaches, 

I have sent an email to all head high school coaches on the ceo leadership academy,  but want to reach out to Asst.coaches, middle school,  and youth coaches. 

The NWCA has reached out to the KYWCA and wants to come to Kentucky for their CEO leadership academy.  
 
What is the leadership academy? It consists of several online modules a coach completes, then a 6 hour in person training. 
The mission of this training is to build you as a coach and have you become the ceo of your team. They train in coach philosophy,  parent interaction,  recruitment and retention,  and creating a mission statement for your program. 
 
This program is free of charge to all KYWCA  members, we just need to find a day and location that works best for a majority of people, we need a minimum of 50 coaches to move forward.

Coaches, do you have trouble recruiting and retaining wrestlers? Watch this short video and you will see how the NWCA leadership academy can help. As coaches, we need to make the time to advance our skills so that we can be the best for our kids. And reminder, if you want to attend the leadership academy, please fill out the survey we sent out.

Coaches, if you or any Asst.coaches would like to attend the ceo leadership academy, please take 30 seconds and fill out this survey. As of now, I don't see us having enough committed to host. We need 50, but only have 42 to even show interest. We are working hard to bring value to the association and help make you a better coach. Seize these opportunities, not just for yourself, but your kids and wrestling as a whole in Kentucky.
