you have a front headlock, and they step up one leg to drag out, and you throw them in an underhook to their back
i used to use the head and arm alot but it has changed since ive learned not to muscle everyone i go against..lol double leg is alot better 
if you know how to do it right the duck under or slide by is the best move

go to youtube.com and look up some dustin schlatter videos to see a duck under or slide by. it is insane how bad he makes his opponents look when he hits this.
