Semi state for regions 1-4 will be 1 day
Over half the coaches have responded to my poll and it is clear that they prefer 1 day. I spoke with coach Ervin and he agreed that if that many wanted it 1 day, it was a no brainer. good luck to all and look forward to both semi states, they will both be amazing tournaments
1) So is Region 5-8 going to be 2 days?
2) Are alternates returning this year to ensure full brackets?

Both 1 day and yes

starting this year, 6 matches may be wrestled in POST SEASON ONLY. this makes it possible to do semi state in 1 day
