Hopkinsvile may not be the best team in region 1, but there team is pretty young being mostls sopmores and freshmen. but i see thir 112(fresman), 119(sopmore), 130(junior), 140(sopmore), 152(sinior), and 215(senior) as placers. But i see the 189 [glow=red,2,300]DEE ALLEN[/glow](sopmore) winning first at regionals come febuary 10th.
i have heard that dee allen is in alternative school..will he be able to wrestle??
112 - Terrance demery a 9th grader from North Hardin is tough. he should do well.
This years State surprise i think will be the 135 from Eastern he is a first year wrestler that has surprised most and wrestles as if he has been doing it for years, he initially knocked off KEVIN STEWART (before then ranked third at 135) in the regional semi finals. I believe that he has the ability to make it to at least the semi-finals.
Also Roderick Shoulders I think has a great chance to place in the top 8 wrestlers at the state tournament. He has beaten a few good wrestlers but has yet to get the monkey off his back of defeating andre zeppa though he has come close more than once.
