Coaches & Wrestlers:

This will be our 2nd RTC practice and we had a great showing at the first. Come join us. Who: HS/MS Athletes only.  Must have a current USAW card.  These will be checked at the door!

What:  Warm-up - Technique - Drilling - Live Wrestling

When: March 23rd, 5:00-6:30 pm

Where:  St. X Wrestling Room.  Enter the parking lot closest to Speedway and walk around the back of the building. The wrestling room is located above the swimming pool.

Show up!  Have a good attitude!  Work hard!
