all and all i think the title for region 6 will be between sk and ryle like it was last year.. it will be pretty close

I think Schuerer will dominate bates hands down....He is just overall a better wrestler.. Bates doesnt look as good as he was last year.

IMO Bates looks really good on his feet this year and from what ive seen of schuer which was early on in the year they should be about even

Dillon is a great wrestler and has one of the best takedowns in the state I see him getting his game together and making it to the finals. And Lee, he has been rusty for the past month or so and I believe he will pull it together too and make it to the finals depending on what he gets seeded.

BTW - Last time Dillon and Dennison wrestled, Dillon teched Dennison and Dennison rolled Ryan over and pinned him. And technically Dillon won, but Badidah was arrogant and gave the win to Bankemper.

Every Coach has a temper and i belived Badida did express that at the dual but that does not make him arrogant he is a fine coach.

Woahhhhhh. Ok first of all.. I didnt call him arrogant, I said he was being arrogant. All he had to do was show Bankemper his scoring sheet from the match to change Dillon's whole season around, instead of being a 4 seed he could of been a 3 seed and made it to the finals because he can beat Goldsby, and btw kingofthehill I totally forgot he was a 4th seed my bad. Anyways.. Im not taking anything away from Coach Badida, don't put words in my mouth. I love Badida to death, he is an excellent coach and I dont know one person that doesnt love him and I have the max respect for him. So dont jump to conclusions.

If Dillon defeats Dennison he then has a split with him.  Didn't Dillon lose to Dennison at the NKAC??? This would not gaurantee him a 3rd seed. 

I congratulate your team support, but there is no way he defeats Golsby.  From what I saw at the NKAC, Dillon controled the first minute and a half.  (looked like he underestimated him)  Golsby controled the rest of the match and if Dillon does not clam up when he is on the mat Golsby would have defeated by a much higher score.

No, if Dillon would of beat Dennison at Conners Tri Meet between Mt Healthy, Campbell County, and Conner then Dillon would of been the 3rd seed. It goes by whoever has beat the person most recently, it wouldnt of been split. And Dillon was probably the most out of shape wrestler at NKAC, and he lost to Goldsby 9-8. It will be a good match, it could go both ways, but Dillon has improved and is in a lot better shape.

And no they wont wrestle again and they havent.

HOPEFULLY HE COMES BACK HEALTHY BY REGIONALS. I THINK IF HE IS JUST AT 90 PERCENT HE TAKES THIRD. IS HE STILL HURT FROM THE LUCAS FRIETSCH MATCH AT SK / CC DUALS. I THINK FREITSCH SURPRISED HIM WITH THE EARLY LEAD AND HURT HIS ELBOW LATE IN THE THIRD FIGHTING BACK WHERE HE ENDED UP LOSING TO FREITSCH.YOU HATE TO SEE THAT SO LATE IN THE SEASON TO A GREAT KID AND A GREAT WRESTLER. DUSTY BROWN GOES FOR XRAYS TOMMOROW TO SEE IF HE CAN FINISH SEASON.

Seeds don't go to the person who won last. 

Most seed meeting go by head to head.  If they both defeated each other then common opponents.  Then record and straight of opponents come into affect.

The I beat you last routine is not considered in most seeding meeting especially the Regional tourney.

I've been watching Dillon wrestle for several years, and I truly believe he has the raw athletic and physical talents to be a state champion. I have preached many times that athleticism is only one of the many ingredients needed to become a champion. Guts, heart, attitude and willingness to work hard are greater than 75% of the main ingredients. Although I really like Dillon, he self destructs and seems to quit on himself as the match progresses. Dillon was winning by 14 points against Dennison and completely dominated the match. With less than 20 seconds left in the match, Dillon rolled  over to his back and was pinned just 3 seconds later. There was no fight and no heart in him after being on his back. To directly or indirectly blame or even suggest Coach Badida's "arrogance" changed Dillon's season is ludicrous. Dillon,unfortunately, lacks the heart right now to be a great wrestler. If he develops better work ethics and actually becomes hungry, he could be Coach Badida's 20th state champion. I have known Coach Badida for many years and I know factually that most of his frustration is watching kids like Dillon waste their superior skills by losing repeatedly. Ask any Coach what they find to be most frustrating and they will all say watching a physically gifted kid who lacks good work ethics and mental toughness. Neither Golsby nor Dennison should be in the same league as Dillon. I believe Dillon has physical skills which surpass Cooper's and even rival those of Bank's. Dillon must develop some intestinal fortitude next year and he's an easy state champ. Yes, I do mean easy! Unfortunately, Dillon will likely fall into the same category as many other recent Cougar grads who had the skill but not the heart. What a pity.

I've wrestled with dillion from my freshman year till i graduated. I have seen dillion be as good as 95% of the kids in his weight class and i have seen him be as bad as 95% of the kids in his weight class. He is a very inconsistent wrestler..One minute he is taking down thuenerman at will the next he is gassing and single handily giving Goldsby the match by three stalling calls, a locked hands and kicking him out. His conditioning needs to improve drastically to take it to the next level. At practice a couple weeks ago he handed Stanley Stone his butt on a silver platter! No joke there. He has all the tools to be great he just needs the focus. I look back on dillion and he beat Egan, and ashworth and Griffith and would have probably placed his 8th grade year at 103 had he not blew out his knee a day before regions. Myself and Stanley have talked Dillion into going to Jeff Jordan's camp this summer and wrestle in some off season tournaments. This should help him improve and put him over the top. I would love to see Ryan win it, cause he has the athletic ability to do so. I feel indifferent for those who say he doesn't have a good work ethic, cause when i come into the room and wrestle dillion its a battle between me and him. He don't want me to lose cause i rub it in his face and its the same for me. He works his butt off when I'm there, not too sure thou what he does when I'm not. Good luck with the rest of the year.

its not his hamstring any more its from a recent injury that happened in ohio at last nighhts tournament

Brownfield didnt hurt his arm late in the third against lucas, he hurt it early into the first period of the match, but dealt with it for the rest of the match, and he will be back.
