well last year you could, this year it depends on that horrible weightloss plan they put into effect, but you can drop as low as your weight loss plan will allow. For me it would only allow me to drop to 114.
No, I think there's an actual rule where you can't drop but one weight class throught the season. Can anyone confirm this 100% true?
no thats not true. there is one where you can only wrestle up one weight, like if you weigh in at 130 to cant wrestle 140, but other than that there is no rule on how far you can drop.

tc125 is correct. You can drop as many wt. classes as your wt. loss plan will allow you.
You can only move up one wt. class from the actual wt class that you weigh in at on that specific day.
Also with the new weight loss rule, you can only drop 1.5% of your weight that you weighed in that previous weekend. Like if you weighed in 136.8 last saturday then the lowest you can weigh in the next saturday is 34.748.
Pridewrestler, you are correct, but it will also change if you had a dual meet in there on a wednesday as well and if it was updated before the sheets are printed for saturday.
