I agree with Mr. Granby.  Maybe it was and oversight but Mason Reid has to be on this list @ 171.  A performance like the one he had at the Dragon Invitational and he'll walk away with the state title at 171.

to tell you the truth, i don't think demery has progressed far enough to be a state finalist just yet. and jake shipp and matt baker, 215 is just too deep for them this year to be state finalists. cant really comment on turner, i dont know anything about him. and embree will be lucky to make it out of the quarterfinals.

This is just finalists. If Sheehan got beat by hitchings at State Dual then i dont think he will be able to make through the others ranked above him to make a state finals appearance. Mr. Granby, if u think it would be stretching it to add shipp, baker, embree, demey, and bailey, how can you think your region 3 guys would make it

bailey and embree may very well make it to the finals!

I would put Ryan Kelly on that list at 189 for region 8 he has wrestled great all year and what happens if Starks and Jones end up on the same side of the bracket?  I would also put Corey Spencer on there at 112 he is looking very tough this year beating good wrestlers including Slone at 119, and possibly Salyers at 103 from Johnson Central.

well for one robby brown is a monster and just came back....john wise is a good wrestler who hasnt peaked yet but is very close to it....nickel has beaten baker twice and is right there with all the others and considering how close everyone is its possible...and badgett has some work to do but again not far from reality...where as demery has alot of improving to do.....and embree is better at lower weight he isnt a great heavy

embree and bailey are just as good as robby brown!

so i guess we will have to see!

I'm with Low Single on Spencer at 112 and Kelly at 189 in Region 8.

These 2 could both reach the finals.

I believe the only in state loss for Spencer was to Zarth of Henry Clay earlier in the year at 119.

All I can say is Region 2 Will make a name for themselves at state!
