You might want to add Region 8.
It depends on how you define dominant. I am saying scoring the most points at state. Counting champs, runner-ups, 3rds, etc is good, but is not always clear. Every region gets the opportunity to send 56 guys to state. Whichever scores the most is the best. That said, I'm going with Region 7 by a large margin.
I look for region 6 to turn heads, we will find out who are the best in just a few.

I disagree. There are some strong individuals, but overall I wasn't extremely impressed with the depth of the region this year.
Coming from somebody in region 4, I am gunna have to say that the most skill that I have seen in any one region is region 2. They have really impressed me teamwise and individually
