If someone could get the brackets set up in Excel or Word Format then we could get a pool started by filling out the brackets NCAA style, come up with a point system and crown a Champion.  We can do Winners bracket only to make it easier.

that could be fun but you would probably have to section it off by each weight class, so that everybody that is interested doesn't have to fill out like 400 matches

I've set up all weight classes.  I only did the winners I did not do the consolation bracket.
