We will run the same format as we did at Ryle this past Sunday. I am hosting it on Sunday so that people can attend the clinic at Trinity on Saturday. Dave Barnes and myself feel that this would be best so that we can get team KY ready for nationals. I am hoping Coach Medders can make the trip also.

We will have Billy Clark, Paul Hogan, Former Tates Creek Coach William Green, Current Henry Clay Assistant Coach Garrett Headley on others on hand for this. I hope to have a good turnout.

I know that Matt Green, Shawn Johnson, Nathan Green, Matt Zarth, and Ben Warner will definitely be there. Come on guys...who else is coming? This is for you and the growth of Kentucky Wrestling. That has to be exciting.

This is a wonderful thing that both grapplehead and cmccoy are doing for these guys. i hope the wrestlers take advantage of the opportunities these coaches are giving them. One thing a great coach should do is remove obstacles from athletes achieving their potential and I think both are doing a great job in removing obstacles for Team KY.

I'll open my wrestling room up and help train anyone going to Nationals.

Take advantage of this guys.  McCoy is taking time on his Sunday to do this and allow those who want to go to Trinity clinic on Saturday.  2 days of wrestling, Nationals will be 2-3 days.  Even if you are not going to Nationals, this is a great opportunity to work out with some of the best in the state. 

This is great, even if you're not competing for nationals this will be a great place to get some mat time

Andy Lenz will also be there and others. We look forward to seeing all there.

Anyone in the Lex area that is serious about wrestling should make it to this workout.  Coach Green and Headley are top notch instructors.  McCoy is a runner-up w/ college experience and can work w/ lower weights (good leg-rider).  Going to this and getting beat up will only make you better. Take advantage of what these guys have provided. They're takin time outta their weekend, the least you can do is take some time outta yours.
