I heard about a new camp/club system Avery Zerkle's Golden Cross Wrestling in Springboro, Oh. I checked out the web page - looks pretty good! Anyone been up there? I am thinking of sending some kids to the summer camp.

That guy is one of Jeff Jordans assistant coachs. He came in at Jeff's camp, but never really got tough me much at all. He is pretty intense.
I contacted Coach Zerkle at Golden Cross Wrestling. Very nice Very knowlagable. I am sending a few kids to his summer camp. He said if you want individual attention and lots of intensity you will love the camp. He had a club that ran twice a week all season but it ends this week. All the info is on his web page www.goldencrosswrestling.com We need more yr. round programs like this in KY.
he is an incredible technician and coach. his practices are amazing and the competition at these practices are great. there has been many ohio state qualifiers and placers at every workout. i am definitely going to his camps. he was jordans right hand man for many years and now has moved south. i recommend it to anyone willing to drive and work your butt off.
