AAU Five Star Wrestling Club Folkstyle Tournament
Site: Lexington Traditional Magnet School, 350 North Limestone, Lexington, KY 40508

Weigh ins: 8 -10 am
Rules clinic: 10 am rules high school modified
Wrestling starts: 11 am
Age groups : Tots, Midget, Novice, Schoolboy, Cadet, Elite, Senior, Masters
Awards : 1 -2 -3 place medals
AAU card required : may purchase at weigh-ins
Entry fee: $10.00

If you think you are coming, email, call, post, etc so I have an idea of what to expect so I know how many mats to set up.
How much is an AAU card gonna cost?
AAU cards are $12.00 and can be purchased on line at www.aausports.org or you can get them at the door.

I've got 2 candybars for any Heavys named Billy Fuller who show up and participate tomorrow at CCHS.
Montgomery County Takedown Club will be bringing 11 kids.
Harrison Co. plans on bringing a group, not to sure on numbers, but will be youth and high school kids along with a few coaches wrestling in the senior division
Any other seniors go give it a go?
Is this tournament still on? What kind of turnout is expected? If there is a low turnout can kids wrestle in 2 weight classes or age groups? Kinda like BGSG.
ubtappin...yes to all questions. If turnout not enough for brackets, we will do round robbins so that you get 3-5 matches in.
ill get a few friends/wrestlers to come from river city especially if its n KY

There is a team coming from North Carolina with 15-20 kids. Don't forget that it is at Lexington Traditional Magnet School.

It all depends on numbers. If they are low than it will be round robin. I think that the key to summer wrestling is matches...matches...matches.

This was a good tournament, our kids from Montgomery County Takedown club had a good time.
I really enjoyed all the entertainment supplied by Parkland. Seemed like a really good bunch of kids.
Were there any upsets?
