In the second video it has a moore wrestler full nelsoning someone and it doesn't get stopped.

Yes, but you have to have an arm in there somewhere.
If you are behind them you don't have to have the arm, because you are coming from behind and are pulling the head down from one side. It's only illegal if you are coming underneath both arms on each side. Reason being because if you come from one side you are able to pull the head under their body whereas if you just have a full nelson you are just pushing the head and able to put pressure on it by torquing on the underside of their arms. Kinda confusing, but do you understand?
I was trying to find the full nelson myself. The 3/4 is legal. It may be done with or without an arm.
Kinda understand.
Ref stopped me one time when I was doing it said he considered it a full nelson.
Just trying to get my rules straight.
